Adventist Health Discharge
The Adventist Discharge app will allow you to receive your doctors discharge instructions from Adventist Medical Center - Portland, straight to your cell phone. Your doctor can video him or herself describing your diagnoses, treatment, follow up plans and medications; this video can then go straight to your phone for you or your family to view later as many times as needed.
